    President

    Walter Sullivan has been involved in the representation of labor organizations, corporations, executives and sports figures for over 25 years. His baptism into the world of negotiation occurred during his tenure as an organizer and business agent for three AFL-CIO international unions and as a Labor Relations Director for two Fortune 500 energy companies. Mr. Sullivan is experienced in all facets of the collective bargaining process, including grievances, arbitrations, and contract negotiations. For the past 18 years he has been involved in a high profile executive search and sports management business. As an experienced contract negotiator, Walt has placed hundreds of satisfied candidates in major corporations throughout the world, representing each client in all aspects of the negotiations preceding each placement and providing honest and intelligent career advice thereafter. Mr. Sullivan is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the 1st Brigade of the 5th Infantry Division on the DMZ from 1969 to 1970. For his service, Mr. Sullivan was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, The Army Commendation Medal, and The Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry. Walter graduated from the University of Utah in 1975 with a B.A. in History.
